Born in South Africa and raised in Switzerland, she deeply understands the challenges of relocating from one country to another. Her diverse cultural background not only shaped her perspective but also allowed her to empathize with the unique experiences of her clients, building lasting connections. Florah is fluent in Swiss, German, and English, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout each transaction. Leveraging over two decades of experience, including a background as a hair and makeup artist, Ms. Leverett brings meticulous attention to detail to her real estate practice.

As a designated Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative1 (ABR), and Certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), she confidently guides clients through every stage of the process with tailored strategies. Outside of her profession, Ms. Leverett actively participates in the San Luis Obispo ballroom dance community, studies psychology, volunteer at mental health non-profits, and enjoys the beauty of the Central Coast.
