As an avid runner, I was captivated by the Moonstone Beach trails and the charm of the eclectic neighborhoods. The beauty and serenity of the area stole my heart, and in 1996, I made the Central Coast my permanent home. Four years later, in 2000, I earned my Real Estate License and began my career in property management.

I was drawn to Vacation Rental and Long-Term Property Management, a field that honed my skills in problem-solving and laid a strong foundation for my future in real estate sales. After 15 years of managing rentals, I took a leap of faith and joined Central Coast Sotheby’s International Realty to focus on listing and selling properties. I was fortunate to retain the property management business I had cultivated over the years, and I continue to grow that business today, specializing in long-term rentals (furnished and unfurnished), tenant placement, and real estate sales.

With over 25 years of real estate experience in the Cambria area, I offer full-service real estate expertise.
