Mary was extremely professional and helpful in all aspects when finding our dream home here in cambria. She is very prompt to reply or answer any questions we had. I highly recommend Mary for any future real-estate needs. She made home buying easy!

We had the good fortune of being referred to Leslie Dougherty via a chance encounter with two of her previous clients at a local restaurant that literally changed our lives.   We had recently sold our  home in Camarillo and were looking for a forever home close to a beach.  Leslie was extremely supportive, easy to work with and genuinely seemed to want the best for us and to understand our needs.

We had given Leslie guidelines - price, location, size and she found us a forever home that met or exceeded all of them.   She is a tenacious negotiator, the home we eventually purchased was listed well a bove our max price but she put the work in and convinced the Sellers that the listing price was well above what the current market could support.   After a bit of back and forth the house was ours.

What was great about working with Stephanie was that she did a careful walk-thru of our rental, providing thoughtful suggestions on how to most effectively stage the spaces for prospective tenants.
