We had the good fortune of being referred to Leslie Dougherty via a chance encounter with two of her previous clients at a local restaurant that literally changed our lives.   We had recently sold our  home in Camarillo and were looking for a forever home close to a beach.  Leslie was extremely supportive, easy to work with and genuinely seemed to want the best for us and to understand our needs.

Incredibly Helpful and Knowledgeable

To our surprise, buying a home was far more complicated than we initially thought. Traversing through all the twists and turns... obtaining the title, keeping in contact with the seller and arranging for a home condition survey are among the myriad of issues that can go wrong (read "Nightmare") if you don't have a realtor that is competent and one you can trust. Stephanie was all of this and more. As an example of her excellent service - If we needed to take a measurement of a room within the house before the house actually closed, Stephanie thought nothing of meeting with us and would open the house.
